Welcome to the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner! This innovative device is designed to make ear cleaning safe, effective, and easy by providing a live video feed of the inside of your ear. This guide will walk you through the setup, use, and maintenance of your Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner.

Getting Started

Unboxing

Inside the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner package, you should find:

• Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner device
• USB-C charging cable
• Replacement ear tips
• User manual

Charging the Device

Before your first use, ensure the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner is fully charged:

1. Connect the USB cable to the device and plug it into a power source.
2. The indicator light will show the charging status. When fully charged, the light will turn off or change color (refer to the manual for specific indicator colors).

Connecting to Your Smartphone

1. Download the App: Download the one off the apps from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Turn On the Device: Press the power button until the indicator light comes on.
3. Wi-Fi Connection: The device will create a Wi-Fi hotspot. Go to your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Fresh Ears™ network.
4. Open the App: Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the camera feed.

Using the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner

Preparation

1. Wash Your Hands: Ensure your hands are clean to avoid introducing any bacteria into your ear.
2. Attach an Ear Tip: Choose a suitable ear tip from the provided options and securely attach it to the device.

Ear Cleaning Process

1. Start the Camera: Once the device is connected to the app, you should see a live video feed of the camera.
2. Gently Insert the Device: Carefully insert the ear cleaner into your ear canal. Do this slowly and gently to avoid causing any injury.
3. Monitor on Screen: Use the live feed to guide your movements. Carefully navigate to remove any earwax or debris.
4. Avoid Deep Insertion: Do not insert the device too deeply into the ear canal. The camera provides a clear view, allowing you to clean safely without going too far.
5. Repeat if Necessary: If needed, repeat the process for the other ear.

Post-Cleaning

1. Turn Off the Device: Press the power button to turn off the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner.
2. Clean the Ear Tips: Remove the ear tip. Wash the ear tip with warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly before reattaching.
3. Store Safely: Store the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner in a safe, dry place.

Maintenance and Care

Regular Cleaning

• Clean After Each Use: Always clean the ear tips and the device after each use to maintain hygiene.
• Check the Camera Lens: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the lens if needed.

Battery Maintenance

• Charge Regularly: Charge the Fresh Ears™ ear cleaner after every few uses to ensure it’s always ready when you need it.
• Avoid Overcharging: Do not leave the device plugged in for extended periods once it is fully charged.

Safety Tips

• Keep Out of Reach of Children: Store the device safely to prevent use by children without supervision.
• Stay Still During Use: Sit or stand in a stable position while using the device to avoid accidental movements that could cause injury.
• Limit Usage Frequency: Avoid using the ear cleaner daily. Overuse can lead to irritation or damage to the ear canal. It's recommended to use the device no more than once or twice a week, depending on your earwax production.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

• Connection Problems: If the device does not connect to your smartphone, ensure it is fully charged and try restarting both the device and your smartphone.
