Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
  1. United States Orders: Free shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in the United States.
  2. International Orders: Free shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address internationally/ outside of the United States.


Returns or Refunds:                     

  1. Refunds: If your order has been delivered and there is an issue, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Returns: We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in case of issues with our products, we don’t require returns as shipping them back is expensive. Instead, we focus on resolving your issue.
  3. Replacements: If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please provide us with a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect. If your order has been in transit longer than the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
  4. Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost in transit or stolen, we offer two options: a full refund for the order or a free replacement.
